Having trouble removing Form Name in the Thank You message

    The Thank you message reads in the TEST email ID message: Thank you for Registering for the Clinical Monitoring Alaska Cruise Seminar. How do I get this off of the Form? My test Registration Form keep showing this Thank you message. Please Help. Thanks.

    my Form name is Lady Apostle MyTIME Online Video Studies Registration
