Request To Move Form To Another Account

    Hi Jotform,

    My name is Yohan, I am a General Manager at a small villa in Bali. I use jotform to make a reservation form that i can send to my guests. And it works great.

    however, starting February 2015, I will be moving to a bigger company. Thus i would like to ask if is it possible to give the form that i created to my coworker?

    Hi Yohan,

    Yes you can transfer or move the forms, including the data on it, to someone else's account. You can do that by requesting it to us. You'll just need to log in to your account where the forms are then open a new thread here in the forum that you would like to move the following forms to this specific account username. Please do take note that your coworker needs to have a registered account here.

    Example.

    I would like to move my forms {name your forms} from maen2ajah to {username of target account}.

     

    If the account you are using here is the one where the forms are, you'll just need to reply here in this thread and mention to us where you want to move the forms.

    Upon your request, I've moved the form Andamar Luxury Villas - Reservation Forms from account maen2ajah to MichaelSendjaja. To see the changes, please log out and log back in to your JotForm account.

    Hi Charlie,

     

    Thanks a lot for your help.

    The form is now in my co-workers account now.

    Can you also change the email address for all submission to: michaelsendjaja@gmail.com

    because i still receive emails whenever there's a new submission while my co-workers didnt receive any email notification.

    Hi Yohan,

    The forms are now in your co-workers, I would advise that you contact him/her to edit the recipient email address in the notification settings of the forms. It would be much better so that he/she can set it up already.
