Does JotForm have access to our submissions?

I work in the HR department of a large company and was tasked to automate our forms. I came across Jotform and started to create the forms but being that they are for the HR department, the information is extremely confidential.

Once we begin using the forms and opening them for real submissions, we would use the secure URL's but I wanted to know if JotForm would be able to view our submissions or would the submissions be kept secure so that only our department could view them?

We can access some account and its submissions in order to provide assistance with either of the sections of your account.

Having that said, we are also logging all activities of our support agents so any entry to the account must be valid - have a good reason why this would be needed.

These activities to my knowledge include even a search for some username, which is the only way and the first step for us to be able to access someone's account and not everyone is granted these privileges as we must first pass several tests (lets call them like that).

I would also like to give you a link to this thread: is JotForm HIPAA Compliant?

Do let us know if you have any further questions.
