How can I have multiple payment form with same payment account?

I have a similar issue. If I used the "Basic Multiple Payment form" option, would I be able to use my authorize account for both options?

Since the two forms will be embedded on your JotForm using iframe method, it should not be an issue in using your authorize account for both options. We use this workaround since it is not allowed to use more than one payment method on the same JotForm.
