Hi, I'm having a problem with this form. The files are uploaded to google docs but the link that is sent to me in my email and into infusionsoft is for their location on your server not google docs?

This is correct though. Please understand that you are uploading the file using the Jotform.. so it is using the JotForm server all the time.

The uploaded files using the Upload field will definitely be located in JotForm. So, the email link or any link of the uploaded file will be located to JotForm server as well.

If you want to put a link to a file in the email message for a file not located in jotform (i.e. google drive, dropbox, ftp), you will need to manually write this on the email message template.

The file link will be pre-determined as it will be a static link. It is not a dynamic link that will be auto generated (unlike the current upload field link which rely on every submission  upload)

Hope this clarify the matter. Kindly inform us if there is more we can assist you with.

    Thanks.
