JotForm Not Showing In Wordpress site when in Mobile?

My site is form is at www.ehmeals.com/select-your-meals/

I am using WPTouch for my mobile theme for my wordpress site, however the form doesn't show when looking at the page on a mobile device. When I switch back to "desktop view" however it does show.

Any help is appreciated.

Is your website hosted in www.wordpress.com? Or are you using the web software of wordpress.org?

I see that you embedded the form using the default embed code? Please see the following guides on how to embed related to Wordpress.

If you are using Wordpress.org web software to build or manage your website you can add JotForms using this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/174-Wordpress-Plugin-for-Wordpress-org-version-

If your website is hosted in Wordpress.com you can JotForms by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/299-How-to-Embed-Form-to-Wordpress-com.

After that, I would suggest that you should also make your form response, which means it will be mobile friendly. To implement this you can follow the screenshot below.

1. Navigate to "Designer".

2. Inside the "Designer" click the Form Layout and enable the "Make this form responsive" option.

Make sure to save all the changes.

It's possible the page had been cached without the form or that there was a component of the page not loading correctly; that said, we've checked your site in a variety of mobile browsers, from Safari to Chrome – the form currently appears correctly in all browsers that we've tested your page with.
