We were using formcentral to collect data from surveys and having attorneys submit forms for payment.  I already have the forms created in PDF, but dont see a way to upload them.

    Hi,

Though we do not currently have a way to directly import PDF's into forms, we do have an import tool for Form Central forms:

    http://www.jotform.com/formscentral/

If this is not what you were looking for, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

Thank You.  I am currently in the queue to see if my forms can be converted.  I do have have some billing forms that were created in Adobe Acrobat that have a lot of functionally that I did not see in JotForm.  I would like to be able to create the form in Acrobat and then just import the PDF and have jotform collect the response.

Unfortunately it is not possible to import PDF's and convert them to JotForm forms at this time.  We are streamlining the process of importing Form Central forms, so hopefully that process will be much quicker very soon.

If you need any help creating any new forms we will be happy to do what we can.
