Adding a country list dropdown

I wonder if there is any new way of doing so?  If I am to create a new dropdown, is there somewhere I can get (and edit) the country list?

There are 2 ways of inserting a dropdown field for country selection.

First is by using the special value "Countries". This will automatically add values on the dropdown. Please take note that you cannot edit this.

Second is by inserting a normal dropdown and manually putting the values. Here's a how you can do it: Insert a dropdown field under the Form tools. Select the dropdown field. After that, select Options. In the box, you can add the items separated by a new line. So if you do it manually, you can edit them.

In fact I only wish to move a few countries to the top of the option list, while keeping the long list of options available.  IF I follow the second method above, is there a list of country which I can copy and edit?
