Orders are sent to my and another company email

I used a template on your site(the uniform order form) to make my order form called BDGA shirt and swag preorder. I'm getting my orders without a problem but they are also being sent to the company that I copied their template. How do I fix it?

I took a look at your jotform and I see that both email notifier and email autoresponders are not properly setup.

I believe however that the issue is with the email autoresponder since it has a different email in it and if so, they would need to have been contacted by someone that clicked a reply button on the autoresponder.
