    Hi,

I see that you have a couple of threads related to Adobe FormsCentral, did you meant by "imported" is using the Adobe FormsCentral page http://www.jotform.com/formscentral/?

Or is it using the Import function that we have under "My Forms" section?

If it is about the FormsCentral, we could check it for you, but please do provide us more details like the form's URL of the Adobe FormsCentral that were not imported in your account so that we can further investigate. We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you.

    Hi Colin,

If I'm not mistaken, the forms are manually being reviewed and check when it is imported by our back end team, so that might be the reason why some are just coming through. Our developers and our management are doing their best to improve the importing process from Adobe FormsCentral. You can check more about the updates here in our blog: http://www.jotform.com/blog/.

I see that in one of our blog post it might take 1-2 business days, but still depends on how it is being reviewed. If you could share which forms are not yet imported, we then check and ask the back end team about it. Or you can also directly email the team working on the migration tool here: migrate@jotform.com.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

I just got an update from our management, the import tools are now automated. They give the results right away. But the data import can take more time. So, after entering form URLs or login details, you will get the forms on your account within 1-2 minutes. But the data may arrive after 10 minutes.

This happens because we are getting lots of requests and it takes time to get the data and load it into the account. So, the jobs are queued and processed in the order they arrive. If there is nothing else in the queue and if you only have 10 submissions you will probably get it in few minutes. Otherwise it may take 5 minutes or 50 minutes. It depends on the waiting jobs.

With this, could you try using again the import tool here http://www.jotform.com/formscentral/ for that specific form you have. The form should be in your account within minutes. If still it doesn't show, let us know and I will then escalate it. Although, I would suggest do please try the import tools as our developers are continuously updating it.

    Thank you.
