How to get time on other field like timeOf[hourSelect]={timeOf}&timeOf[minuteSelect]={timeOf}

I understand that this is related to your other threads that I've answered, but this one I am getting a little confused. We would appreciate if you can provide more details. 

Are you referring on how to get the Time field names? Or how you want them to populate to another field?
