Trying to add a clickable edit link

I just keep getting a blank page, so I can't follow th einstructions to create a clickable edit link http://www.jotform.com/help/96-How-to-Make-a-Clickable-Edit-Link

How to Let Users Update Their Form Submissions at a Later Date

The edit link has the following format:

http://submit.jotform.com/form.php?formID={form_ID}&sid={id}&mode=edit

Where the {form_ID} should be replaced with the actual form ID. So, in case you need to manually construct a clickable edit link, it is still possible. If you need any further assistance on this, please get back to us with the form name/link.
