Hi,
As promised, I have now submitted this thread to our developers. You will be notified via this thread for updates regarding this matter.
For now, you may consider the import range function which is the ideal solution so that data won't reset when you receive a new submission to the form. Import Range should work for as long as you keep the spreadsheet ID.
Thanks

Hello,
Until not very long ago, we have worked on Google spreadsheet integration quite intensively to fix its issues and improve it as much as possible. Not it should not reset the sheet unless a form field is modified.
Please let us know if you have any related trouble recently.
All the best

That's so great to hear! We'll check out with our sheets and test if it will still keep resetting when we send new submissions.
Thanks a lot.

I would like to add several new columns where I can add notes, confirm dates, etc. I'm am not editing any of the info in the linked columns. Every time a new submission is made and the sheet repopulates it wipes out these columns. Is there a way to prevent this? Other option would be to create a second sheet with this info and then edit each individual submission with this info. But its not the cleanest method.
