Can we have an upload column on configurable list? 

This is not possible at this time, but it has been requested several times so far on different threads such as:

which I am mentioning as a reference.

Now in order for our developers to see how many people are interested in this feature, I will raise this to them on this thread as well.

No update at this time I am afraid, but I see that it is something our widgets team sees as interesting to do so as soon as they add it to the widget they will update you about it on this thread.
