I am having an issue sharing a folder with someone else on my jotform account

I am having an issue sharing the forms I created with the other person on my account, Alan Gross, is there a procedure that I need to follow or some advice as to how I can beeter share files back and forth.

The problem is that I am the sub account and I need to share the forms I created with the master user but he doesn't see my shared folder. 

So you want it in vice-versa. Well, I have the same in my current account and it's working fine. The problem is that you have provided the wrong email address:

You have alan.gross@gsm.marketing which is not the actual email address of the other account - and no dot com in it. Kindly correct that.
