I have this form set up: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/22087825523960
Once someone fills it out and submits their order it goes to paypal, they complete their payment successfully.
Now I want them to go to a customer thank you page http://bizopbanners.com/Thank-You.html
If I set up a customer thank page URL within Jotform, after submission of the form they go to the Thank you page before they pay. How do I set it up so they go to the thank page after they make the payment?
I tired setting up the auto return in Paypal, but the problem is when I do that, every payment that I receive through Paypal goes to that thank you page and I don't want that. Just the ones that fill out the form at http://form.jotformpro.com/form/22087825523960

If the PayPal is not redirecting back to the JotForm page, the end-user may need to click on Return to Merchant site after the payment is done. Also, if you want the user to be redirected to the Thank you page automatically, you'll need to change some settings in PayPal selling preferences.
Please follow the steps below :
1. Login into your PayPal account.
2. Click on Profile and then My Selling Preferences
3. Click on Update in Website preferences to redirect automatically.
Hope this information helps! Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

Thanks for replying, however I did try and do the auto return in paypal, but the problem is that I sell other items on other websites so for those items I sell, they also are auto returned to that thank you page. Isn't there anything I can do in Jotform to solve this?

Yes. The PayPal auto return URL will be overriding the JotForm's thank you page. When the auto-return is not set, the PayPal screen halts after the payment where the user need to click on the link to Return to Merchant site. Unfortunately, it is not possible to redirect to JotForm site without clicking on this link.
Thank you!

I don't want it to return to jotform. I want the people that fill out this form only http://form.jotformpro.com/form/22087825523960 to go to paypal and successfully submit payment then go to my thank you page at http://bizopbanners.com/Thank-You.html
Can I change the code to make this happen?

User can manually click on the Return link to get back to the form Thank You Page/URL.
We provide the return link with the PayPal forms. The problem is that the PayPal ignores the return link unless the Auto Return is enabled on your PayPal Account Settings. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it.
You are right, other PayPal buttons/integrations will be redirected to the Return URL specified on your PayPal Account Settings. So you might consider using some generic Thank You URL as the Return URL for other PayPal buttons/integrations. Also, if you specify the Return URLs on other integrations, they will be honored by PayPal.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
