The forms are not working on mobile devices

I have clicked the button that changes the forms to responsive, still not working. I have also used the wordpress integration plugin, still not working.

Can this be fixed please.

This is happening due to the conflict of code on your website.

What I would recommend is to change the js embed code that you are currently using to iframe embed option instead.

This should work for you once embedded as such.

If the issue is not only with that jotform, then you should give us the link to the page where the jotform is located.
