When I download a PDF version of my form, it does not show all of the fields. It goes as far as the first segment where skip logic is applied. How do I get the PDF version to show all of the text?

    Hi there,

Customizing the PDF submissions are limited only on showing headers and texts and some other form fields. Here's how to do it:

On the MyForms, please select the form and click the "Submissions" button.

Here in the Submissions area, click the "Options" or gear icon and you will see several options about the submissions. Enable the "Show Headers and Text" so that you can see the images and headers of your form. After doing that, you can click the "Get PDF" button to download the document.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thank you.

This is helpful for the submissions but not the form itself.

Some of our agencies prefer to complete a PDF rather than an online version of the form. When I create a PDF version of the form, it only shows half of the text which would make it impossible for the agencies to complete the entire form. Skip logic doesn't work in the PDF version, so all of the form fields should be visible/editable. How do I make that happen? (It happened automatically in FormCentral.)

I understand now. I thought you were referring to the PDF submissions. Unfortunately, we don't have that feature yet wherein all the hidden fields or fields with conditions will show up when you create a PDF form from JotForm.

I will be submitting a request ticket so that our developers can take a look at it. I'm not yet sure if this will be implemented or not. However, we will notify you via this thread once an update is available.

    Thank you.
