How do I get form code

How do I get the code for the forms, I'm very interested in your form service, But I don't understand how it works. Do you have a form builder where I can use a blank Form

Yes we have a form builder that makes it very easy to build and embed your forms. You can find it by accessing the page www.jotform.com:

To create your form you just need to drag and drop the fields from the side menu.

Also we have a template gallery with more than 7000 free templates in several languages. You can browse the gallery by category, and as soon as you find a template that suits you, you can start using it within seconds:

After creating your form you can use the standalone version of the form or you can choose to embed the form on your website. For that you can select one of the several methods we have. The iFrame method is the most recommended:
