Incorrect thank you page displayed intermittently

I have my form embedded (source code) here: www.lifesprung.com.

I have a problem which I can't duplicate every time, it happens only intermittently (which REALLY scares me).

If I fill out the form, I have conditions to EITHER show one thank you page (http://www.lifesprung.com/qualify/) OR a different one (http://www.lifesprung.com/call/) depending on the answers provided.

What happens intermittently is that it will instead display a the default Jotform thank-you page instead (http://www.jotform.com/thankyou.html).

I have was able to video of this happening: https://www.dropbox.com/s/mzwn9njkxyvpg38/Jotform_problem.mov?dl=0

    Hi,

You have a conditional logic based on the BMI result which redirects to Jotform's default thank you URL:

If the result matches the conditional logic ruling then the form will always redirect to the default thank you page.

I have reviewed your video and select the same options and the result falls into your conditional logic ruling (Less than 19):

You may consider removing that one or change it.

    Thank you!

WHAT THE F**K!? How did this get changed? I have had it set to my own "thank-you" page since I first started developing the form months ago, and never would have set it back to the default, EVER.

Please investigate how this could have gotten changed on it's own...this could be catastrophic for me if the system were in a production environment (luckily it is still in a testing phase)

You can use the form's revision history to trace any changes made to your form.
Maybe the mentioned condition was recreated?

Let us know if you need further assistance.
    Thanks.

I had a look at the full revision history, and a change to the thank you page is never mentioned. This current form is a clone of a form done by another support technician who cloned my original form (see http://www.jotform.com/answers/506486-Calculation-not-triggering#15).  Is it possible that the thank you page setup does not survive the cloning procedure?

Well, the cloning process does remove some information of the original form to prevent sharing sensitive information such as the email address. So, it might be possible that the URL from the thank you page was replaced by the default one when the form was cloned.

I suggest you to check the other conditions in your form to make sure that they all redirect to the right thank you page, in case you have more conditions doing this.

OK, this information really should have been mentioned to me. I did not ask to have my form cloned--it was done in order to workaround another bug, so you guys should have stated that this is a side effect of the cloning procedure. The assumption is that a "clone" is identical in every way.

    @Deralict

We are truly sorry for not mentioning it before.

Just to clarify, if you cloned a form from different account or owner, some sensitive information like email and thank you URL will switch to default values.

However, if the form is in your account and you cloned it, sensitive information will be retained.

Thanks and apologies for the inconveniences caused.

    Regards!
