You might try with any of these widgets:
Date reservation: So the user can see the dates the rooms are available
http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/date_reservation
Gift Registry, on this one, you can show the users how many rooms are left.
http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/quantity_gift_registry

We are ready to assist you should you need more directions with this.

like if I have a bed and breakfast ok and am open 5 days a week i have 5 rooms that room is booked by first user on monday how can we get round this ?

The widgets could help you to reserve a date and separately, to reserve the room (with gift registry) However, your scenario seems to be more complex, since a date could be open for one room, but closed for another one. So, this is not possible as for the moment.
I'll submit a ticket to request a more complex widget, if our developers find it feasible to implement it, they'll post an update here.
