My account was disabled due to using all of secure form submissions. I disabled the secure forms and they are still not showing up.

    Hi,

The reason your account and forms were disabled is that because you indeed reached your SSL submissions limit, for Free account you are allowed for 10 SSL submissions, check our pricing page for more details. Please do take note that to stop using secure forms, what you need to do is remove or stop using forms and embed codes that uses https:// and https://secure.

To use the regular submissions, what you need is to use the non-SSL link and embed codes found in your form builder.

You'll need to copy the codes again and re-embed to your website or distribute again the form link. What I can do right now is adjust your SSL counter so that you will be able to make adjustments on your form. But please do take note that I can only do this once. When you reached your quota again, you'll need to either upgrade to a higher subscription plan or you can just wait for the counters to reset which happens every 1st day of the next month.

    Thank you.
