The name Alice Collins in email alerts

    hello this persons names appears everytime someone sends me a form - I do not know where it is pulling from - can you assist>

    I have checked the form email notification settings, but I have not found any reference to the Alice Collins name.

    Where do you see that name on the email? Can you please also forward a copy of email example to support@jotform.com?
