How can I link the 2 forms for the save and continue later option

I want to use the save and continue later option on my form but when I click on next on my first form it doesn't direct me to the main form.

First form (log in)

I haven't published this form on the website.

Kindly help me on how to fix this as soon as possible.

I've checked your main form and you need to use a submit button instead of a page break in it.

The form needs to be submitted in order to activate the autoresponder that will send the email with the link to your main form.

Please change the button and give it another try.
