I would like to have my account deleted

I see that this is the same request as on this thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/516431-Remove-account, but as you have a form with submissions please note that we need a clear confirmation because the form and the submitted data will be permanently removed from our system and it would not be possible to restore them.

If you however leave it on a free plan, no charges will be made towards you for keeping it as it is.

We will be happy to assist you with your request to remove the account and to leave it as it currently is so that you can come back to it, but for the first one we need a confirmation first.
