We need to close the account.

    What steps do we need to take to close the account. We no longer need this service.

    I did this in March and we have since received 2 more bills. Please help get this stopped.

    I just received a message stating this message was already addressed but we are still being billed. Can you please stop the billing?

    Your subscription(account ID: 49402230) has been canceled, and the last charge refunded. Your account is now back to free status, do you want us to delete your account?
