How can I edit OG: tags so as to control what shows up on Facebook?

    I'm trying to craft my forms so I can post directly to facebook and control what thumbnail, title, and description show up - and I can't seem to figure it out. Please help!

    I'm not sure if that possible, we have different ways on how you can add or integrate your form to Facebook, you can check the following guides to see what might be fit to your needs.
