Cannot find my form in the history, but I have the source code.

I created a form, hit the preview, and was satisfied with the end result enough to hit the join button at the bottom of the page. The history doesn't show the form I created. The only copy that I have is the one that I opened in a new tab before creating an account.

 I can access the source code. How can I transfer this into my account instead of starting it from scratch?
