How to change the name of the form on the Facebook Tab?

    After publishing to Facebook is changing the name of the Tab Name possible. Lets say I used one of the preset form like the contact form and wanted to change the name from "Contact us" to "Say What!!". Is this possible?

    Yes it is very much possible.
