    Hey, JotForm

All of my forms currently say it is "not found, currently disabled"

    Why is this?

My account is in good condition, I haven't ran out of submissions or used up all of my data and my form's preferences are set to "No Limit" and "No Expiration."

Here's a form that currently displays "not found"

I've tried switching over to the New Look thinking that it may have been the Old Look's problem but it isn't.

     Thanks.

    Hi Leonardo,

Apologies for the inconvenience that this might have caused you.

Your form was disabled because it was in a different language, but it is now live again, I have reactivated your account. I would suggest that you make it in English and use the Language Translator to have a version of the form in the language you want.

Why is this? We got a tool called Phishing Detector which allows us to automatically suspend thousands of forms created everyday for phishing activities such as stealing credit card information, social security numbers, log in credentials, child pornography, etc. However this tool is not updated to scan Brazilian, Arabic, French and other similar languages, therefore most of the forms made in these languages are automatically suspended.

To avoid future automatic suspensions, this is what  you need to do:

    1. First, make your form multilingual, you can follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/298-How-to-make-your-forms-multilingual.

    2. After that, you can set "Brazil" as the default language.

I hope this helps. Do let us know if you need more information on this.

    Thank you.
