Will I be able to download files once I switch my plan to Free?

    Good morning,

We used JotForm for an annual event to collect workshop proposals.  We will not be sending out anymore surveys and was considering discontinuing the service.  If we do discontinue the monthly service, would we still have access to the documents that were uploaded as long as we have the hyperlinks saved? Example below:

I see that your account is now holding Premium subscription plan. You can downgrade your JotForm account to Free plan so that you'ld be able to access your previous records without any issue. The free plan is bundled with 100 free submissions every month and a storage space of 100MB. If your account is having more than 100MB of files, you might need to delete some submissions to clear the storage space. Since the current storage space occupied is below 100MB, it is not required to delete any submissions at the moment and you'll be able to access the documents attached to the submissions.

    Hope this information helps!
