Thank you for contacting us.
I have checked Infusionsoft integration, but I have not found the file box mapping option. It is no likely that the file box is currently supported, so I have attached a feature request ticket to this thread and forwarded it to our Development Team.
There is no ETA for when it will be implemented, but we will let you know if we have any updates on this.

Hey there gusatlanta,
I believe we have users sending email notifications from Jotforms to Parsey in order to upload the attachments to the filebox.
Let us know if we can be of assistance to you.

Hello @gusatlanta,
Kindly try http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/infusionsoft_upload
It will upload files directly to your filebox on Infusionsoft via a userID.
Please share your experience with us.
Thanks!

We are sorry for the late update.
Our Infusionsoft integration now allows you to attach file uploads to your InfusionSoft contact's File Box.
Simply map your form's upload field to the File Box field in our Infusionsoft wizard.
Hope you find this useful, and please let us know if you have questions or concerns regarding this feature.
Cheers!
