Placing orders

    why do I not see the person's name that placed an order on my Facebook page and why did it not go directly to paypal?

    Hi,

    If no selections are made in your form, the user will not be redirected to PayPal.  This was the case for two of your submissions:

    You can set the fields to required to ensure they must select pins before submitting the form:

    But if they submit your form with no selections made, nothing is forwarded to PayPal.
