How can I get a status bar when files are being uploaded?

Next issue -- users are uploading 30 second videos directly from their device but its taking a very long time to upload, which is expected when dealing with 30-60+ second videos but is there a way to add a status bar (upload status) to the upload?

By enabling multiple uploads for the file upload field, you will be able to see a status on the upload process.
