What constitutions the submission?

Is it each filed of the form that counts; ex if I have 10 boxes for them to fill out would that be 10 submission.

Or would a submission (regardless of the amount fields filled out) only be counted if the registrant goes through with the payment when directed to Paypal server?  (I understand the pending side, if someone doesn't go through with payment and navigates away from the page, I then would have to go in and either approve or delete the submission)

For this question about what actually constitutes a submission I believe you are asking about how is a submission counted.

To clarify it more it has nothing to do with the amount of fields you have, information gathered, or even however many forms you have in your account.

It is all purely based on each time someone fills in your form and submits it to you. At that point in time once the submit button is pressed and the information and payment is on its way into your account through the use of the form is when it becomes a Submission.

There are 3 Types of Submissions depending on how your form is made.

Payment Submission - Anytime you use a payment integration and receive some sort of payment through your jotform then this automatically will be counted as a Payment Submission.

Standard Submission - This is the normal submission if you're just collecting generalized info of various sorts.

SSL Submission - With SSL Submissions these are encrypted and secured.
