How to create an order form?

I’m not sure how to get started.  Couple of things -

I came across an import option and pasted that Web site where it said, but it came back that it couldn’t find it on the internet??

There was also a “clone” option, but I don’t know what that means and I couldn’t get it to work.

I no longer am able to access your main page on my iMac.  It keeps coming up to http://www.jotform.com/myforms/  with a window that says “create form.”

Then, once I do get the forms created, how do I get them into the Site I’m creating with EverWeb.

With a link to them such as seen in http://www.envirosnowmelt.com/orderingandprices.html

where the user can choose between clicking on Credit Card or Net 30 Days.

I guess I need a bit of initial step by step hand holding at first until I get the hang of it.

I don’t suppose there is phone support available even if I have to pay for it?

In addition to the previous (below) -

Somehow I saw I could save the little I had done. Where and how do I find what I’ve saved and done, so far?

How can I make input fields wider? Or smaller?

I need the form page to have its own URL so it can be linked to -  http://www.envirosnowmelt.com/creditcardorders.htm

l How do I insert the page into the Site I create on EverWeb as part of the site?  There is no place I can find in the program to insert code Looking at my current form, there are options across a page from which one can choose.  What I’m only able to do that I can see is one a time vertically instead of what you see on my current form. Look at the Specials and also 100 lb. schedule and the formatting like the black with white text.

    Is there a reset button

    What is the

difference between text box and text area?

I thought this program would be more intuitive than it is.  I’ve lost an entire morning trying to figure it out.

I’d be willing to pay for it if I could work on it and get it done and get some much needed help and direction.

As mentioned in my initial contact, our customers/users fill it out, choose from buying options, print, sign and fax to us.

Or scan and e-mail. It is not a click and submit.

I really need to get this done very soon.

    Louis

I am sorry to hear that Louis and we would be happy to assist you with it and help you get more familiar with the JotForm Builder.

Looking at my current form, there are options across a page from which one can choose.  What I’m only able to do that I can see is one a time vertically instead of what you see on my current form. Look at the Specials and also 100 lb. schedule and the formatting like the black with white text.

You will be able to achieve the same and even include the images and other cool things on your jotform once you get more familiar with it.

I would suggest taking a look at this guide: Setting Up Your First Order Form while we will be replying to your other questions that have been moved to new threads.
