Using import option showed error: Form not found: Form Id is missing or irregular

I came across an import option and pasted that Web site where it said, but it came back that it couldn’t find it on the internet??

This is the tool to import a jotform to your own account - for example you see a good example in the forum and you want it, you just clone it to your account.

In some events - depending on the structure of the website and the form on it, it will be able to capture a form on some website and import it as well, but sometimes - if it is not understanding the structure, it will give you that error.

Basically it means that you will need to create the form by hand since the automated import will not work in this case.

Just to let you know that our backend team have fixed this problem. Importing a form from a webpage is now possible so please try it again and let us know if there are problems.

Also, if possible, please share us the webpage URL so we can try the import process to our end.
