If the 100 submissions gets maxed out, does it refreshes the count on the 1st of each month?

Hi, just want to clarify if the 100 submissions are on a monthly basis or per account. If the 100 submissions gets maxed out, does it refreshes the count on the 1st of each month?

Yes. You are right. The monthly limit of 100 submissions are per account. That means, you can receive upto 100 free submissions on a free account. When you click on the user icon after you are logged into your JotForm account, the status of your account is shown with the used submissions in the current month.

Once the submissions are reached its limit, the forms shall be disabled. You may upgrade the account to a paid subscription in order to continue to receive submissions or wait for the submission counter to be reset on every 1st day of the following month.

    Hope this information helps.

    Hi Kiran,

Thank you for your detailed response. Just a follow-up question, what happens to the previous month's responses to the form? Does it get retained or once the count resets the previous responses are lost/reset as well?

    Regards,

    Kara

    Hello Kara,

You'll not be losing any submissions data on the counter reset. It just resets the submission counter to zero and not the submissions. Each submission you receive through your forms will be there in your account and safe until you delete them manually. Please be noted that the submissions deleted cannot be recovered. Integrating Google Drive or DropBox to your forms can help you as a backup.

    Thanks!
