How can I use 2 different Jot forms in one Facebook page?

I have a Facebook page and I already added Jtform app there. I created a Custom Tab and embeded the form there, Now I want to add one more custom tab with another form in the same page. Please help me to see if it's doable.

It is possible to connect only one form per a Facebook page at this time.
