Preview Before Submit widget: How to exclude 0's from spinner fields?

The "Preview Before Submit" widget allows you to exclude empty fields.  All of my Spinner fields, however, default to 0.  Is there a way to exclude fields with a 0 value?

Unfortunately 0 is not empty value and as it could be a valid value in many cases our developers did not exclude it.

Having that said, the 0 should be shown for any fields with 0 as a default value set and spinner always has a value.

The only way we would be able to do this is to (as mentioned above) alter the default value:

If you clear it out and click on OK, it will not show 0 for as long as no one changes it. Once they change it they will not be able to go back to empty option.
