I want to save the application in a blank PDF format.

I want to save it to my desktop and have the application look exactly like how it is seen in the builder screen with my headers, logo photo, etc.

    Please help.

    Hello agentstorefront,

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. You just need to convert your form to PDF format and the following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/312-Fillable-PDF-Everything-you-need-to-know-about-JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator

    Hope this helps.

I looked at that guide. I couldn't find where it said I can convert it to a PDF.

I understand I can convert submitted applications to a downloadable PDF; but I would like to save the application I have built as a blank PDF on my desktop.

The guide my colleague had mentioned is useful to set your expectations on what you can export and how it will look.

To see how to actually export the PDF file, you should take a look at this blog post: JotForm Announces New Fillable PDF Form Creator

I tried this, and I can save the PDF to my desktop, however it doesn't show the Upload features. I have upload features on my online application for my end users to upload a resume, cover letter, etc. within the application. When I downloaded the PDF application to my desktop those features are not present. Is there any way I can have those active in the PDF?

That is mentioned in the guide my colleague had provided earlier: Fillable PDF - Everything you need to know about JotForm fillable PDF creator

The upload option is not available and upload files will be removed from the fillable PDFs. If you need the upload option to work however I would suggest using the web form instead of the fillable PDF since fillable PDF has many more restrictions and as such should only be seen as a form of paper form that your users can write on, without any extra features.
