Payment not processing through our order form using Safari browser

Hello, We have been getting phone calls that our order form has not been working. Our customers were using the form to make credit card purchases, using mac computers, and safari browsers. To test out the form, we made a purchase using a credit card on the form on a Windows computer using Chrome browser, and the form was submitted successfully. We used the same credit card info, and tried to make a purchase on the same form, using a MacBook with safari, and we got the following error: 

"INVALID DATA This transaction cannot be processed. Please enter a valid credit card number and type." 

Please FIX ASAP! This is costing us money and valued customers.

Let me run few tests using sandbox mode and see if I can replicate the issue. We'll get back to you with relevant information as soon as I complete the tests.

Thank you for being patient. I've tested a cloned version of your JotForm in both Windows and virtual Mac environments by enabling sandbox and I was not able to replicate the issue from my end.

I've also tried submitting your JotForm from your website on Safari browser, in which I've received a different error that states the transaction declined by the bank since I was using test credit card number.

I've cleared the form caches to see if that helps. Could you try clearing the browser cache by following the steps provided in the guide below and check if that resolves the issue :
