Hi, here is my form in progress, an Expense Request Form:
http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50844268904966
(Note that the Receipts section would comprise multiple rows, not just one.)
If I view submissions for the form, it displays each submission as a very long line. Is it possible to have submissions formatted so that the layout of the form itself is retained—so that each line item in the Expense Claim is exported as such?
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Unfortunately, the submission layout can not be customized to the form's layout. We have received some users's request about this feature, I will add you to the list of people who have requested it, so if it gets approved and implemented in the future, you will be notified via this thread.
Meanwhile, you could try enabling the Headers and Text (if you have any) in your form.
A possible workaround could be adding the print button to the form.
In this way you can:
1) Add an edit link to your email notification:
2) Go into the edit link once you receive the submission in your email, and print the form:
As you see, it has a very similar design of the stand alone version of the form, with the filled data of the customer in it.
Hope this helps you, if you need anything else, please open a new thread, we will be glad to assist you.

Hello,
In addition to my colleague's solution, we have enabled our users to modify submission PDF output as desired. Here is how to get to the editor:
Please let us know your thoughts.
