I need to downgrade my subscription plan

    Hello

     

    Today jotform have a problem with "upload field" and i think these is problem with my account ( space ) so , inmediatly i upgrade my plan, but, finally the problem is not with my plan is with jotform. Now, i need downgrade to my old plan, how can i make?

    Hi,

    It will also help us fixed the "upload field" issue you mentioned if you can share more details about it.

    I recommend creating a post about that also and provide as much details as you can.

    As to the how to downgrade the subscription plan, you can do it in your JotForm account in the

    My Account Billing page.

    Use the Switch plan option to Starter Plan and just follow the instructions to complete the cancellation. (see screenshot below for guidance)

    When i upgrade i need pay inmediatly, now if i downgrade need pay again?

    Downgrading your account back to "Starter" does not charge you anything at all.  It merely cancels your subscription and set your account back to a free one.  There is no cost involved and your forms will remain active.  The starter account is not a subscription based account.

    My apologies.  I would first downgrade back to starter until your current subscription runs out.  This will cancel your subscription and automatically downgrade you at the end of your current paid period.  When you receive the email stating your subscription is about to run out, upgrade back to "Premium".  This will ensure you get the full benefit of your already paid subscription.
