Just so you know I have tried the steps as indicated on the other query similar to this. I've redo the integration but still not working.

Hello Stephanie,
I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
The issue seems to have caused by the google spreadsheet/drive integration you have in your form. I would suggest you to remove these integration from your form and re-integrate again. That should solve your problem.
If the issue persists, you may also try to clone your form and re-integrate it with google spreadsheet & drive. The following guide should help you clone your existing form: http://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-your-account

Do you mean to say that you are unable to submit your form?
