Can I add a different email address to the submit button based on a drop-down list in the form?

Hi JotForm,

How can I add Conditional Formatting to the Submit button to add an e-mail address based on a Drop Down menu in the form?

The Drop Down menu I'm using is 'College'. I want the submit button to email support, as it does currently, but also a College e-mail address.
