I upgraded my account but the status have not changed.

    Hi Jotform

    The contacts stopped coming in last night due to our account being reverted to FREE - we paid a sub as our onthly needs are greater than the free account but it seems to have changed. How can I get any of the submissions made between midnight and now urgently for clients?

    Upon checking your account, I found that you have successfully upgraded to economy yearly subscription with order #INT150327-3544-55609. Your account is in good shape currently and you should not have any issue.
