How secure are the submissions held in jotform?

    If a form is used to collect sensitive information, when submitted, how secure are the details?

    All submission data on our server are secure. We have powerful cloud of servers with encrypted storage which provides security protection. 

    If you use the SSL version (https:// or https://secure) the data transferred from your browser to our server will be secure.We support high-grade 256-bit encryption.

    As the emails are sending plain text it is advisable to edit the email notifications so they don't include sensitive information:
