    Hi,

I checked our form builder in IE11, windows 8.1 and I had no issues creating or editing a form:

If there are any addons or something of the nature in your browser, they may be blocking certain functionality of our site.  Try using Google chrome to see if that works.  If that still does not, there may be something more than a browser issue going on.  If this is the case, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

Thanks for getting back to me so promptly.

The issue is most apparent when trying to access the 'My Forms' page.

However, I have discovered that if I add JotForm.com to the Trusted Sites list which has IE protected mode set to OFF, JotForm works fine.

Hopefully this solution may help others.

It doesn't seem to be a problem for users completing the form and makes no difference whether protected mode is on or off so far as I can tell from the brief period I have been testing.

    Best regards

Thank you for sharing that information.  Protected mode does indeed greatly restrict what is allowed to load and what websites are allowed to load in your page.  The forms act much differently than the full site and that may be why they are able to load.
