Can you print form answers in the format of the form?

Hi,

I want to know if there is way to receive and print out submitted answers to a form in the same format that the form looks like on screen (vs. the way answers come in via email). I want to include form answers in a report but I need them to look like the form on screen.

You can actually style the email to look in any manner that you want even as a form, but as that might take some time and you would not be able to do that in the Form Designer, I would suggest one of the following two options:

1. downloading the PDF file of the submission, but after following this guide: How to include Headers, Texts and Images in the PDF format of a submission

2. using Edit Link option to receive the edit link in your email so that you can open the form as your users have submitted it and print it like that - or save in some preferred format.
